is available for viewing and downloading here. The format of this
data is in a web-based Excel pivot table called a "Pivot Table
list". This is an interactive table for users to retrieve and
analyze program level enrollment and degree projection data dynamically
from this web site. When you launch the link, the screen that appears
will look like the example below. You may manipulate this data by
filtering the data to a specific college, department, or level.
You may also drag and drop the fields of the Pivot Table list similarly
to a regular pivot table. It you are unfamiliar with using pivot
tables, it is recommended that you click on the help button for
an overview of using Pivot Table lists. Note, to use Pivot Table
lists, you must have Microsoft Office Web Components installed or
the appropriate Microsoft Office XP license. Be sure the components
are installed and that you have a valid license.
