A few participants of the 2005 SAIR conference asked for access to the VBA code that was used during the presentation. The Excel files that contain the VBA code are here for you to download and try on your own. Please note that the data within these files is for demonstration purposes only and may not be accurate or updated.

Instructions for running the demonstration:

I) Save 3 files to "C:\SAIR\"
a) "Demo Data File.xls"
b) "Demo Receiving File.xls"
c) "Demo Template.XLT"

II) Delete C:\SAIR\Arts & Sciences.xls if it exists

III) Open 2 files
a) "Demo Data File.xls"
b) "Demo Receiving File.xls"

IV) Alt - F11 to open VBA window
a) Navigate in project window to VBAProject (Demo Data File.xls) -> Modules -> Module1
b) Click on Sub Macro1( )
c) Type F8 to execute line-by-line
d) The file "Arts & Sciences.xls" will be created in "C:\SAIR\"

V) "Short Demo Arts & Sciences.xls" is an example of what the finished product will look like
